PETALING JAYA, Jan 18 — The investigation into the Wisma Jakel fire incident, in Section 7 Shah Alam near here, which is now in the final stage, detected no criminal element, said Selangor Fire and Rescue Department (JBPM) deputy director Wan Md Razali Wan Md Ismail.
